CIRS is proud to announce new Partnership with KTR and SMU at CIRS Headquarters

On 3 November 2014, CIRS, Korean Semyung University and KTR signed a Multilateral Agreement at CIRS Headquarters. Mrs. Yan Li, the C.E.O. of CIRS, Dr. Sook-Hee Ko, the Dean of Korean Semyung University and Mr. Shim Sanghyeop, the Vice President of KTR attended the signing ceremony.
Chemical Inspection & Regulation Service (CIRS) is a leading product safety and chemical management consulting firm providing valued product regulatory compliance services, tailored solutions and original information to help its clients gain competitive advantages by reducing business risks associations with regulatory affairs and removing barriers to entry.
KTR, founded in 1969, is a testing and certification institute in South Korea which performs integrate testing, certification and technical consulting for all fields of the industries. Since 1969, KTR has provided their services to more than 30,000 enterprises with more than 350,000 products each year. Meanwhile, KTR is also a testing and certification agency that is authorized by Korea Government.
Korean Semyung University SMCTC is the KFDA authorized research and clinic experiment center for cosmetics, medical devices, foods and raw materials. Their studies, especially in the area of cosmetic materials and medical devices, have been approved and accepted by Hong Kong and Germany.
Early in 2011, CIRS has had a partnership with KTR. With the efforts from both organizations, CIRS and KTR both had great achievements in the area of testing and chemical regulation. With this Multi-Agreement, a great platform is going to be built to improve the information exchange, technical communication, technology support and clinic research. CIRS, SMU and KTR will devote to improving the service development for chemical and cosmetic industries in both China and Korea.
